(January,2020 - March,2023)

The DAKTOORI is software solution using frontier technologies such as data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning to strengthen systems for health.DAKTOORI focused on improving equity and access to services for health, nutrition and psychosocial support for children and their families especially in rural areas.

The project’s initial goal is to develop a user-friendly online platform for local clinics, enabling appointment bookings, feedback collection, and patient record management. Additionally, the project aims to provide patients with telehealth services, reducing the need for physical travel and ensuring easy access to healthcare professionals.

In the first phase the DAKTOORI online platform targeted remote areas, clinic staff did receive training on effectively using the platform. Patients will also be provided with tutorials and user guides to navigate the system. The project was divided into different components such as platform development, training programs, patient education, telehealth service implementation, project management, and contingency funds.

DAKTOORI online Platform aims to make a positive and lasting impact on healthcare, particularly in remote and conflict-affected areas. The project aligns with the broader mission of improving healthcare access and quality for all Yemenis.
